He holds a Bachelor of Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Public Policy & Management from The Ohio State University. As an accredited planner, seasoned developer, project administrator, and businessman, he has successfully managed conservation efforts, development projects, zoning code updates, and community comprehensive plans.
Joe was founder of Plan 4 Land in December 2013 and became partner in January 2026.
